Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods.

3. Return of Products

You must return the products to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after you have communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the products before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the products unless we have agreed to bear them or we have failed to inform you that you must bear them.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused, with all original packaging and labels intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if products are damaged, used, or not in their original condition.

5.1 Refund Amount

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of the goods if this loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

6. Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products that have been unsealed and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
• Products that have been made to your specifications or clearly personalized
• Products that have been damaged due to your fault

7. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will replace the product or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Once we receive your returned products and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will appear in your account within 5-14 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
